Inside vs Outside Dholera SIR

A plot marketed using the word Dholera may be inside the notified SIR, within a Town Planning scheme, on the boundary, in a nearby village, or in the wider growth corridor. This classification affects land use, permissions, infrastructure expectations, pricing, construction feasibility and resale liquidity, so it must be verified from authority records.

How to verify a plot
Start with the exact village and survey number, then confirm the Town Planning scheme and final-plot status against DICDL and DSIRDA records. Where you cannot confirm the classification, treat the plot as near Dholera SIR until proven otherwise.
