How to Check Whether a Plot Is Inside Dholera SIR
In short
To check whether a plot is inside Dholera SIR, start from the exact village and survey number, then confirm the Town Planning scheme and final-plot status against DICDL and DSIRDA records. A plot marketed as Dholera can sit inside the SIR, in a TP scheme, on the boundary or in a nearby village.
Start with the survey number
Every verification starts with the exact village name and survey or block number. Vague location descriptions such as near Dholera are not enough to determine planning status.
Check the planning classification
- Whether the parcel falls inside the notified Dholera SIR.
- The applicable Town Planning scheme and the final-plot status where relevant.
- The land-use classification and any NA conversion.
Confirm against official records
Cross-check the above against DICDL and DSIRDA records and revenue records. Where you cannot confirm the classification, treat the plot as near Dholera SIR until proven otherwise.
