Methodology
In short
Our methodology is simple: prefer official sources, label infrastructure status conservatively, treat developer claims as claims until verified, show a review date on every page, and choose a clear empty-state over publishing unverified prices. Anything material should be verified independently before a decision.
Sourcing
We cite official authorities where available: Dholera SIR (Government of Gujarat), NICDC, Gujarat RERA, the Airports Authority of India, NHAI and PIB. Sources carry a last-verified date.
Status labelling
Infrastructure is labelled operational, inaugurated, under construction, approved, proposed or planned. We label conservatively and never upgrade a status without confirmation.
Developer claims
Claims such as township size, plot counts and paperwork are attributed to the developer and marked subject to verification.
Prices
Because no verified unified Dholera rate exists, we publish a request-based empty-state rather than fabricated numbers.
Review
Pages show a last-reviewed date. We update status and dates as information changes.
